FAMILY SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP ACT LEAVE. 10.20.1. A unit member who is a parent, guardian, or custodial grandparent of one or more children in Kindergarten through Grade 12 shall be permitted to take up to forty (40) hours each school year and not more than eight (8) hours in any calendar month to participate in activities of the school where any of his/her children attends under the following circumstances:
