Federal Agency Obligations. Federal agency or United States government-sponsored enterprise obligations, participations, or other instruments, including those issued by or fully guaranteed as to principal and interest by federal agencies or United States government- sponsored enterprises. There is no limitation as to the percentage of the portfolio that may be invested in this category. However, the portfolio's exposure to any one federal agency issuer is limited to 35 percent of the overall portfolio. The limit of the overall portfolio's exposure to callable federal agency securities is 25 percent. The maximum maturity for agency securities is five years.
