Fee for Additional Services. In the event that a Requesting Party requests that the Loan Administrator provide any of the services described in Sections 8.1(b)(vii) through (ix), 8.1(b)(xiv) and (xv), the Loan Administrator's fee for each of such services shall be equal to the product of (A) the total number of hours actually worked performing such services, as set forth in a statement to be delivered by the Loan Administrator to the party at whose expense such service was performed, and (B) the agreed upon hourly rate charged for such services in accordance with the rate schedule attached as Schedule 2.8(g) (increased annually effective on each anniversary of the Closing Date by 4.0 percent).
Fee for Additional Services. 4.1. In satisfaction for the additional services of TCC and its affiliates, if any, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx will pay TCC at an hourly rate or fixed fee, as they may agree.
4.2. No additional services will be performed unless requested by Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx and no charges will be made for any such additional services until TCC and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx shall have agreed in writing on the fees for such additional services.
Fee for Additional Services. As an ongoing service agreement, ICLICK will provide you with application hosting backup, security, and maintenance (Software update of the application) for the annual fee you pay under the hosting plan. - Should you request a change to the application, the following fees will be applicable and will be invoiced separately at the hourly rate as below. - Before ICLICK commences any additional services, they are to be agreed on by both parties and confirmed in writing. Fee for Additional Services. For the avoidance of doubt, the parties acknowledge and agree that the fees set forth in this Section 2.8(e)(iii) shall not be taken into account for purposes of determining the Total Costs of services provided by the Loan Administrator in any year.
Fee for Additional Services. With respect to any Additional Services Diamond provides, Marvel will be charged a fee for the Additional Service equal to Diamond's direct cost for such service (exclusive of overhead and any markup) plus * (the "Additional Service Percentage"). At Marvel's request, Diamond will provide Marvel with a non-binding good faith estimate of the cost of any Additional Service under consideration by Marvel.
Fee for Additional Services. If PANOSOFT provides services requested in writing by Customer which are in addition to the services specified in Section 4, Customer shall, as compensation for such additional services, pay to PANOSOFT a fee based on PANOSOFT's current prevailing rate for such services or per the terms of a separate contract agreement for specific services rendered.
