Customer Participation Clause Samples
The Customer Participation clause defines the obligations and expectations for the customer's involvement in a project or service. It typically outlines the specific actions, resources, or information the customer must provide, such as timely feedback, access to facilities, or participation in meetings. By clearly stating these requirements, the clause ensures that both parties understand their roles, helping to prevent delays and misunderstandings that could impact the project's success.
Customer Participation. The Customer shall only be obliged to participate in performing the task to the extent that such participation is specifically stipulated in the Contract or Appendix 1. However, the Customer shall be available, to a reasonable extent, to answer the Consultant's questions in relation to performing the task.
Customer Participation. Several one- to two-hour checkpoint meetings will be held over the course of the deployment. At a minimum, these meetings should be attended by the customer’s project manager. Other customer personnel also may choose to attend. To properly configure the system to reflect customer needs, and to create a team that can support the product following implementation, the customer must provide access to appropriate personnel and information over the course of the project. The implementation plan assumes that the customer will fill the following roles. Note that a single individual may assume multiple roles. Executive Sponsor(s): One or more executives who will serve as the customer’s overall project leader(s), and will be responsible for ensuring staff participation, making key decisions, and setting overall project direction.

Customer Participation. Customer shall have the right to be present for all pre-delivery testing. Developer shall give Customer at least seven (7) days' prior notice of all such testing.
Customer Participation. Every successful implementation requires adequate participation from the Customer. Although First Due is ultimately responsible for deliverables in the SoW, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to attend the necessary calls and complete required preparatory work in order to help drive the project forward. At a minimum, Customer resources will be required for one (1) hour per week for meetings, and half an hour to one (0.5-1) hour of prep work per week by one or multiple individuals. Customer understands the importance of ensuring the correct Customer resources are available when required.
Customer Participation. Expansion engagements often can be conducted remotely, with sessions scheduled at the customer’s convenience. If the customer and consultant decide to conduct the engagement onsite, implementation will be consolidated into a focused, two-day working session. The customer’s project manager and core project team members should expect to spend the full two days working with the Nuventive consultant. Other customer personnel will be asked to attend specific sessions, but will not be needed for the full two days.
Customer Participation. 4.2.1 Customer is responsible for Level I Technical Service and maintenance for all machines as specified in
4.2.2 Prior to requesting Level II support services, Customer will have attempted to service the Multi-space meters, consistent with Level I training and diagnosis/Service materials and encountered issues that it cannot resolve.
4.2.3 Customer will submit all requests into Parkeon’s Technical Support using the contact method specified in Appendix A and provide all necessary information to permit Parkeon to perform the required services. Customer will update Parkeon in writing of any changes to such information (especially any change of address) and be available to work with the Parkeon’s support resource assigned to the support request.
4.2.4 Customer will maintain a local supply of spare parts sufficient to meet the desired repair timelines. The standard Return of Materials Authorization procedure is attached in Appendix B.
4.2.5 Customer will protect technical information and know-how from unnecessary disclosure, maintain the confidentiality of all logins, passwords and personal identification used in connection with the Services and generally safeguard such information to ensure that there is no unauthorized use of the Services.
Customer Participation. The Integration wrap-up meeting will take place as part of the two-day integration process, if held onsite, or as a remote session otherwise. The project manager will participate in a phone review of the deployment plan.
Customer Participation. Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, GM, FCA US and Agent Bank and the Lending Group shall execute a Subordinated Participation Agreement (“Participation Agreement”). During the Term, GM and FCA shall provide funding to Supplier, consistent with the Budget, through purchases of subordinated, last-out, non-voting participation interests in the Loan, in the aggregate weekly amount not to exceed the amount and percentages set forth on the Budget (as consistent with footnote 3 above), all in accordance with this Agreement and the Participation Agreement. The respective payments of (i) [REDACTED] by each of GM and FCA US to Supplier during the week on April 2, 2023 and (ii) [REDACTED] by each of GM and FCA US to Supplier during the week on April 17, 2023 will be included as participations under the Participation Agreement.
Customer Participation. The Customer agrees not to penalize ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ COMMUNICATIONS for those occasions when the Customer participates in either remote or on-site maintenance efforts. The Customer further agrees not to unilaterally undertake maintenance efforts not previously agreed to (in order to avoid system / software damage).
