Fees, and Notices. SERVICE PROVIDER shall secure and pay for all permits and fees, licenses, and charges necessary for the proper execution and completion of the work, if applicable. The costs of all permits, fees, licenses and charges shall be included in Exhibit C, except where expressly noted in the specifications.

Fees, and Notices. The Owner shall issue at its expense, the building permit required under Chapter 533, Florida Statutes. The Owner shall obtain and provide, as applicable, to the Construction Manager, copies of permits issued by the Florida. Dept. of Environmental Protection, Southeast Water Management District, and local government site plan approval permits. The Construction Manager shall secure and pay for right-of-way utilization permits, and any other permits and governmental fees, licenses and inspections which are customarily secured after execution of the Contract and necessary for proper execution and completion of the Work.
Fees, and Notices. 10.1. The fee ("Fee") for the Services is specified in each applicable Quotation. 10.2. The Fees are stated exclusive of VAT or sales tax, which are payable in addition thereto, unless otherwise expressly stated. 10.3. For the avoidance of doubt, currency fluctuation is considered to constitute such cost that may give rise to an increase in the Fees.
Fees, and Notices. 8.15.1 Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, the Construction Manager shall secure and pay for the building permit and other permits and governmental fees, licenses, and inspections necessary for proper execution and completion of the Work which are customarily secured after execution of the Agreement and which are legally required when bids are received or negotiations concluded. 8.15.2 If Construction Manager performs Work contrary to Applicable Laws without such notice to the Designer and the City, the Construction Manager shall assume appropriate responsibility for such Work and shall bear the costs attributable to correction. 8.15.3 Construction Manager shall give all notices required by, and all Work shall be done in accordance with, all Applicable Laws bearing on the conduct of the Work. 8.15.4 Construction Manager shall notify all affected utilities of the Work and coordinate with the utilities to avoid interruption of utility service and damage to utility lines and property. This notice requirement shall also apply as to the owner/operator of any affected underground facility. Any Project delay, damages or increases in construction costs due to utility relocation delays shall be at the Construction Manager’s risk. 8.15.5 Construction Manager shall give reasonable notice to all owners or occupants of property which is potentially susceptible to damage through the performance of the Work and shall make all necessary arrangements with such owners or occupants relative to the removal and replacement or protection of such property or utilities.
