FEHA. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Fair Employment and Housing Act, California Government Code, Sections 12990 et seq., and the applicable regulations promulgated under California Code of Regulations, title 2, Sections 7285 et seq. The applicable regulations of the Fair Employment and Housing Commission implementing California Government Code, Section 12990, set forth in chapter 5 of division 4 of title 2 of the California Code of Regulations, are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and made a part of it as if set forth in full.

  • Family Care and Medical Leave Family Care Leave includes Parental Leave and Family Illness Leave. Medical Leave is provided for the employee's own serious health condition.

  • Family and Medical Leave 16.1 A. Consistent with the federal Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (FMLA) and any amendments thereto and the Washington State Family Leave Act of 2006 (WFLA), an employee who has worked for the state for at least twelve (12) months and for at least one thousand two hundred fifty (1,250) hours during the twelve (12) months prior to the requested leave is entitled to up to twelve (12) workweeks of family medical leave in a twelve (12) month period for one or more of the following reasons 1 - 4:

  • Foot Protection Steel-toe shoes or boots in good condition and appropriate to the work and hazards being performed shall be worn in work areas designated by CCI facility management.

  • Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA In accordance with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) of 1993, the Board will grant a leave of absence for one or more of the following:

  • Fair Employment Practices and Americans with Disabilities Act Party agrees to comply with the requirement of Title 21V.S.A. Chapter 5, Subchapter 6, relating to fair employment practices, to the full extent applicable. Party shall also ensure, to the full extent required by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, that qualified individuals with disabilities receive equitable access to the services, programs, and activities provided by the Party under this Agreement. Party further agrees to include this provision in all subcontracts.
