They agreed to try for the next point, which other members were insisting. The problem was resolve by noting that they had moved to the required point. . • The exercise built up a trust in empowering local communities as co-managers of the forests. • A need to put these forest areas under effective management was seen as villages started intercepting illegally obtained forest produce, and asked more assistance to check out illegal activities in their respective areas.

  • Boundary Line Fires Both Parties shall have responsibility for Initial Attack in the case of a Boundary Line Fire. Neither Party will assume the other is aware of the fire, or is taking action.
