The Field Instructor clause designates an individual responsible for supervising and guiding students or trainees during their practical fieldwork or internship. Field Instructor. A member who is fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of a field instructor shall be paid an additional allowance of seven and one-half percent (7.5%) of the Constable First Class (at Index 100) hourly rate of pay for each tour of duty or portion thereof.
