Fight Rehearsal. ‌ All Artists who participate in a stage fight must rehearse said fight before each performance. Any exception shall be at the discretion of the Fight Captain. (See Clause 25:03(J).)

Fight Rehearsal. All Artists who participate in a stage fight must rehearse said fight before each performance and dress rehearsal. Any exception shall be at the discretion of the artistic staff member assigned to monitor the fight(s). The Artist may be required to rehearse fight sequences for a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes immediately prior to the half-hour call of a performance or a dress rehearsal. This fifteen (15) minute rehearsal will not be deducted from the Artist’s total allowed rehearsal time on the day; however the Artist must, prior to the fight rehearsal, receive the applicable break specified in Article 19:00. In the event that the fight rehearsal invades an Artist’s break or extends his/her span of day, the Artist shall receive compensation at fifty percent (50%) of Overtime Rate 1.

  • County Project Manager The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison with Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor.

  • CFR PART 200 Procurement of Recovered Materials A non-Federal entity that is a state agency or agency of a political subdivision of a state and its contractors must comply with section 6002 of the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. The requirements of Section 6002 include procuring only items designated in guidelines of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) at 40 CFR part 247 that contain the highest percentage of recovered materials practicable, consistent with maintaining a satisfactory level of competition, where the purchase price of the item exceeds $10,000 or the value of the quantity acquired during the preceding fiscal year exceeded $10,000; procuring solid waste management services in a manner that maximizes energy and resource recovery; and establishing an affirmative procurement program for procurement of recovered materials identified in the EPA guidelines.   • Homework In addition to regular attendance at scheduled classes, each student will be required to devote additional time each week outside the classroom to study and work on assignments.

  • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative. The Committee shall not have jurisdiction to interpret and/or amend the Collective Agreement.

  • PROCUREMENT LOBBYING To the extent this agreement is a "procurement contract" as defined by State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, by signing this agreement the contractor certifies and affirms that all disclosures made in accordance with State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k are complete, true and accurate.
