Common use of File Maintenance Clerk Clause in Contracts

File Maintenance Clerk. The parties acknowledge that there is presently an employee employed as a File Maintenance Clerk and is excluded from the bargaining unit. Notwithstanding Article 1 of this Agreement, this employee will continue to be excluded from the bargaining unit until such time as they are no longer employed by the Co-operative.
