Filling Vacancies and Making Transfers. A. When a vacancy occurs in any position covered by the terms of this Agreement, notification of the position and salary paid for such positions shall be posted in each school within five working days, for not less than two weeks prior to the closing date for applications. The notice shall indicate the name of the school or building, the title of the available positions, and the hours to be worked. A copy of the vacancy notice shall be sent to the President of the Custodians' Union.
