Final Acceptance Reviews Clause Samples

Final Acceptance Reviews. All non-spacecraft items identified in Appendix 3, entitled Deliverable Equipment and Services shall undergo a Final Acceptance Review during which the Contractor shall demonstrate to Inmarsat that the deliverable equipment is ready for use by Inmarsat. The review shall cover as a minimum the following assessments:- • Test Result Compliance Summary • Reconciliation between the ‘As built’ and ‘As Designed’ configurations • Summary of ‘Open Items’ • Review of status of other Product Assurance control procedures including Waivers, Deviations, NCR’s, etc. A Final Acceptance Review will be deemed to be successfully completed upon the completion and acceptance by Inmarsat of resolution of all major action items.
