Final Cut. Producer shall have final creative control over the Picture including control over all aspects of production after Axxxx’s meaningful consultation with respect to run time. The run time on the October 2024 version of the Picture approved by the Angel Guild is acknowledged and approved by the Parties for use in the Picture’s theatrical and ancillary releases. For purposes of the foregoing, the Parties acknowledge the terms of Paragraph 6 hereof shall control.
Final Cut. [You shall prepare and deliver to the British Council an assembly of the Film in sequence (“First Cut”). After the British Council has viewed the First Cut, where it feels it is appropriate to do so, the British Council may provide You with any suggested alterations and You shall then, having good faith regard to the British Council’s suggestions, prepare and deliver to the British Council a fine cut of the Film. Thereafter, the British Council shall, following consultation with You, have the right to make such additional cuts as it may in its absolute discretion deem necessary.] [The British Council will provide you with a copy of the completed Film on DVD for Your private, non- commercial use only.] [The British Council shall consult with You regarding any advertising and publicity campaign for the Film, including in connection with the preparation of a trailer for the Film.] [Provided You are not in breach of any term of this Agreement, You shall, at Your cost, have the right to designate any personnel to assist You with the preparation of the Film.]
Final Cut. The final project will be turned in at the beginning of the last week of class. It should take into account the critiques performed earlier and be drastically refined from the previous draft. You will present the project to the class (your adoring audience) and be ready to answer any questions as part of your presentation to the class. The finished PSA video should be between 5-10 minutes. Anything over 10 minutes will have points taken off half a letter grade per 30 seconds. The Final Cut is worth 10% of the final grade.

Final Cut. 17.1 The Grantee shall make all changes that the Government may require in order for the Film to meet the requirements of the Office for Film, Newspaper and Article Administration (OFNAA) and secure a certificate for public exhibition in Hong Kong under the FCO and/or comply with any warranty, representation or other contractual specification relating to the Film and/or to conform to any legal advice received by the Government.
17.2 Notwithstanding Clause 17.1, the Government shall have a right of approval over the Final Cut of the Film with a view to ensuring that the Film is completed and is ready for theatrical release in commercial cinemas in Hong Kong.
