Subject to applicable laws and any applicable policies of each institution, Dual Admission and Enrollment Program students who wish to apply for financial aid during the first year shall apply to LCCC’s Financial Aid Office. Dual Admission and Enrollment Program students who wish to apply for financial aid in year two or thereafter shall apply to UC’s Financial Aid Office.

Financial Aid and Scholarships. Subject to applicable law and any applicable policies of each institution, Dual Admission Program students who apply for financial aid can receive aid from only one institution at a time. Students will apply for financial aid via LCCC’s Financial Aid Office until obtaining at least 60 credit hours or the associate degree, or upon transfer to BGSU, at which time, students will apply for financial aid via BGSU’s office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships.

2. Dual Admission students are eligible for transfer student scholarships. They will remain eligible if they were admitted for an earlier semester but did not enroll. Students who enrolled part-time in prior semesters are not eligible.
Financial Aid and Scholarships. (i) Financial aid will be available for qualified students who are dually enrolled. Student data for financial aid will be shared between the Parties. Compliance information and end-of-term information will be shared between the Offices of Financial Aid at each Institution.
(iii) Students will receive financial aid only through their “home institution,” which is determined by federal financial aid regulations and in accord with Appendix A, attached and incorporated into this Agreement.

2. Students attending both institutions simultaneously and applying for financial aid benefits will complete all necessary applications and consortium agreements as required by the individual institutions.
