Financial Fees. All fees will be paid before the student commences work at a co-op placement. The $15 course fee applies to the Coop Fair. Some placements may require a police check or medical assessments. These additional expenses are the responsibility of the student.

Financial Fees. The Corporation has not retained nor will it retain any financial advisor, broker, agent or finder or paid or agreed to pay any financial advisor, broker, agent or finder on account of this Agreement, any transaction contemplated hereby or any transaction presently ongoing or contemplated, except that Savvian Advisors, LLC has been retained as the Corporation’s financial advisor in connection with certain matters including the transactions contemplated hereby. There are no fees payable to such financial advisor other than those disclosed in the agreement with the financial advisor and provided to Acquiror pursuant to section 10.5.
Financial Fees. ‌ 9.1. Transfers in currencies that are different from the currency of the destination Account are subject to conversion fees in accordance with the pricing as appear on the website and the charges imposed by Counterparties and/or Third Parties. 9.2. The Company may charge “financial transaction fees” which may include, but to necessarily limited to, commissions to banks, money transfer feed, credit card/alternative payments and processing fees. The debts contracted abroad shall be previously declared to the Minister.
Financial Fees. 8.1 A portion of the Company's income comes from the spread on each transaction. 8.2 Upon request by the Client of a certain amount of remuneration, a commission is paid for opening and closing Forex, CFD positions.   • Transaction Fees The State of Florida, through the Department of Management Services, has instituted MyFloridaMarketPlace, a statewide eProcurement system pursuant to section 287.057(22), F.S. All payments issued by Customers to registered Vendors for purchases of commodities or contractual services will be assessed Transaction Fees as prescribed by rule 60A-1.031, F.A.C., or as may otherwise be established by law. Vendors must pay the Transaction Fees and agree to automatic deduction of the Transaction Fees when automatic deduction becomes available. Vendors will submit any monthly reports required pursuant to the rule. All such reports and payments will be subject to audit. Failure to comply with the payment of the Transaction Fees or reporting of transactions will constitute grounds for declaring the Vendor in default and subject the Vendor to exclusion from business with the State of Florida.

  • Default Liabilities 11.1 The Parties agree and acknowledge that, in the event that a Party (the “Defaulting Party”) substantially violates any of the agreements hereunder or fails to perform any of its obligations hereunder substantially, it shall constitute a default under this Agreement (the “Default”). The non-defaulting party (the “Non-defaulting Party”) shall be entitled to request the Defaulting Party to rectify the Default or take remedial measures within a reasonable period. In the event that the Defaulting Party fails to rectify the Default or take remedial measures within a reasonable period or within ten (10) days after a written notice sent by the Non-defaulting Party to the Defaulting Party requesting for the rectification, and if the Defaulting Party is Party A, the Non-defaulting Party shall be entitled to determine, at its sole discretion, to: (1) terminate this Agreement and request the Defaulting Party to indemnify all losses incurred by the Non-defaulting Party, or (2) request the Defaulting Party to continue to perform its obligations hereunder and indemnify all losses incurred by the Non-defaulting Party; if the Defaulting Party is Party B, the Non-defaulting Party shall be entitled to request the Defaulting Party to continue to perform its obligations hereunder and to indemnify all losses incurred by the Non-defaulting Party. 11.2 The Parties agree and acknowledge that Party A shall not request to terminate this Agreement for any reasons under any circumstances, except otherwise required under the law or under this Agreement. 11.3 Notwithstanding any other provisions hereunder, this Article XI shall survive the suspension or termination of this Agreement.

  • Reimbursement of Fees and Expenses The Advisor retains its right to receive reimbursement of any excess expense payments paid by it pursuant to this Agreement under the same terms and conditions as it is permitted to receive reimbursement of reductions of its investment management fee under the Investment Advisory Agreement.

  • Fronting Fee and Documentary and Processing Charges Payable to L/C Issuers The Borrower shall pay directly to each L/C Issuer for its own account a fronting fee (a “Fronting Fee”) with respect to each Letter of Credit issued by it, at the rate per annum equal to 0.125% computed on the daily maximum amount then available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit. Such fronting fees shall be computed on a quarterly basis in arrears. Such fronting fees shall be due and payable on the tenth Business Day after the end of each March, June, September and December in respect of the most recently-ended quarterly period (or portion thereof, in the case of the first payment), commencing with the first such date to occur after the issuance of such Letter of Credit, on the Letter of Credit Expiration Date and thereafter on demand. For purposes of computing the daily amount available to be drawn under any Letter of Credit, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be determined in accordance with Section 1.07. In addition, the Borrower shall pay directly to each L/C Issuer for its own account the customary issuance, presentation, amendment and other processing fees, and other standard costs and charges, of such L/C Issuer relating to letters of credit as from time to time in effect. Such customary fees and standard costs and charges are due and payable within ten Business Days of demand and are nonrefundable.
