Financial Reports Review. Financial reports will be produced each month by the accounting department of the Shelter Operator. These reports will be reviewed by an appropriate office of the City. The Administration Office of the Shelter Operator will review financial statements and budgets with each Program Manager on a regular basis. Adjustment will be made to ensure the program is staying within its appropriated budget.
