Common use of Fire Chief Clause in Contracts

Fire Chief. If the grievance is not resolved in Step 1, the employee or his representative shall present a written grievance to the Fire Chief or his designee within fourteen (14) calendar days from the response to the grievance from the Administrative Assistant Chief. The Fire Chief or his designee shall conduct a hearing and issue a response, in writing, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the grievance.
