Fire Precautions and Equipment. 4.27.1. To comply with the requirements and recommendations of the fire authority and, the insurers of the Centre and the Landlord in relation to fire precautions affecting the Property and/or the Centre;
4.27.2. To keep the Property supplied and equipped with such fire fighting and extinguishing appliances as shall be required by any statute the local or other fire authority or the insurers of the Centre or as shall be reasonably required by the Landlord (or at the Landlord’s option to pay to the Landlord on demand the cost of providing and installing any of the same) and such appliances shall be open to inspection and shall be maintained to the reasonable satisfaction of the Landlord;
4.27.3. Not to obstruct the access to or means of working any fire fighting and extinguishing appliances or the means of escape from the Property or the Adjoining Property in case of fire or other emergency;
4.27.4. If so required by the Landlord to install and link the Tenant’s fire alarm panel in the Property to the Landlord’s main fire panel for the Centre to the satisfaction of the Landlord and in accordance with the Landlord’s reasonable requirements.
Fire Precautions and Equipment. (a) The Tenant shall comply with the requirements and recommendations of the fire authority, the insurers of the Building and the Landlord in relation to fire precautions affecting the Premises.
(b) The Tenant shall not obstruct the access to or means of working of any fire fighting and extinguishing appliances or the means of escape from the Premises or the Building in case of fire or other emergency and shall not use the fire escape doors or corridors which are solely used for escape except in emergency.
Fire Precautions and Equipment. The contractor shall ensure that adequate and suitable fire fighting equipment is available with his site accommodation and that it is to be maintained in good and efficient working order. All of the contractor’s employees must be trained in the use of such equipment and be familiar with the establishments evacuation procedures.

4.29.2 To keep the Demised Premises supplied and equipped with such fire fighting and extinguishing appliances as shall be required by any statute the fire authority or the insurers of the Building or as shall be reasonably required by the Landlord or the Superior Landlord (or at the Landlord’s option to pay to the Landlords on demand the cost of providing and installing any of the same) and such appliances shall be open to inspection by prior appointment and shall be maintained to the reasonable satisfaction of the Landlord and the Superior Landlord
4.29.3 Not to obstruct the access to or means of working of any fire fighting and extinguishing appliances or the means of escape from the Demised Premises or the Building in case of fire or other emergency

3.29.2 To keep the Demised Premises supplied and equipped with such fire fighting and extinguishing appliances as shall be required by any statute the fire authority or the insurers of the Building or as shall be reasonably required by the Superior Landlord and Landlord and such appliances shall be open to inspection upon giving reasonable notice to the Tenant and shall be maintained to the reasonable satisfaction of the Superior Landlord
3.29.3 Not to obstruct the access to or means of working any fire fighting and extinguishing appliances or the means of escape from the Building or the Demised Premises in case of fire or other emergency
Fire Precautions and Equipment. (a) To comply with the requirements and recommendations of the fire authority and the insurers of the Estate and the reasonable requirements and recommendations of the Landlord in relation to the precautions affecting the Demised Premises;
(b) To keep the Demised Premises supplied and equipped with such fire fighting and extinguishing appliances as shall be required by any statute, the fire authority or the insurers of the Estate, of as shall be reasonably required by the Landlord and such appliances shall be open to inspection and shall be maintained to the reasonable satisfaction of the Landlord;
(c) Not to obstruct the access to or mews of working any fire fighting and extinguishing appliances or the means of escape from the Demised Premises or the Estate in case of fire or other emergency
Fire Precautions and Equipment. 4.30.1 To comply with the requirements and recommendations of the fire authority, the insurers of the Building and the Landlord in relation to fire precautions affecting the Demised Premises.
4.30.2 To keep the Demised Premises supplied and equipped with such fire fighting and extinguishing appliances as shall be required by any statute, the fire authority or the insurers of the Building or as shall be reasonably required by the Landlord (or at the Landlord’s option to pay to the Landlord on demand the cost of providing and installing any of the same) and such appliances shall be open to inspection by prior appointment and shall be maintained to the reasonable satisfaction of the Landlord.
4.30.3 Not to obstruct the access to or means of working of any fire fighting and extinguishing appliances or the means of escape from the Demised Premises or the Building in case of fire or other emergency.
Fire Precautions and Equipment. (a) at all times during the Term to comply with all requirements and recommendations from time to time of the appropriate authority and the insurers in relation to fire precautions
(b) to keep the Demised Premises sufficiently supplied and equipped with such fire prevention fire detecting fire fighting fire alarm and extinguishing equipment as shall from time to time be required by law or by the insurers or by the fire or other competent authority and such equipment shall be open to inspection and shall be maintained to the reasonable satisfaction of the Landlord AND not to obstruct or permit or suffer to be obstructed the access to or means of working such equipment or the means of escape from the Demised Premises in case of fire
(c) to remove from all parts of the Demised Premises all waste and inflammable material of a like nature without delay
