FIRE RESTRICTIONS AND CLOSURES. PARTIES will coordinate declarations, such as fire season, fire restrictions and closures, within each PARTY'S policy and procedures.
FIRE RESTRICTIONS AND CLOSURES. Fire restrictions and closures will be coordinated through the Northern Rockies and Eastern Great Basin Coordinating Groups, consistent with the laws applicable to each Agency. Interagency guidelines for implementing restrictions and closures are established by each group. For implementation purposes, restrictions and closure areas have been developed. Local Agency Administrators are responsible for developing and implementing an Area Restrictions and Closure Plan. This plan will be reviewed annually per the Northern Rockies Coordinating Group Restrictions & Closure Procedures and the Southern Idaho Restrictions & Closures Procedures.

Interagency guidelines for implementing restrictions and closures are established by NRCG. For implementation purposes, NRCG has developed restrictions and closure areas. Local Agency Administrators are responsible for developing and implementing an Area Restrictions and Closure Plan. This plan will be reviewed annually.
FIRE RESTRICTIONS AND CLOSURES. Parties will coordinate restrictions and closures to the extent practicable. PRESCRIBED FIRE AND FUELS MANAGEMENT. The Jurisdictional Party will inform all Parties of prescribed fires it is managing. Support during a prescribed burn is not covered under this Agreement. The agencies to this agreement may provide assistance to one another as requested and agreed to for the purposes of performing fuels management work. Conditions of the assistance and details related to reimbursement will be agreed to and documented in a separate instrument.
