Management Work definition

Management Work means the Work required as part of the Management Obligation. Map means the map comprising Sheets 1 - 5 in the Schedule. XxXxxxxx Land means Lot 1 DP 555095. Net Developable Area means the area of a Party’s land remaining after excluding any part of that land:
Management Work means the turnaround management, pre-start up and start-up management, operations management, and training services performed by Seller reasonably necessary to complete the Scope of Work.
Management Work means the Establishment Obligation and the Management Obligation. Occupation Certificate has the same meaning as in the Act. Party means a party to this agreement, including their successors and assigns.
