Common use of First Aid Allowances Clause in Contracts

First Aid Allowances. a) A regular employee in possession of a valid Level 1 First Aid Certificate and agrees to be designated as a Level I First Aid Attendant by an authorized representative of the Board, shall be paid an allowance of forty ($.40) cents per hour.
