Fiscal Requirements – Record Retention a. Supporting documentation, statistical records, and all other PROGRAM related records shall be retained for a period of three (3) years following the delivery of the COMMODITY to the AGENCY. b. The AGENCY has primary responsibility to ensure that PROGRAM records are retained and available to PDA for review, and that responsibility applies to records of the AGENCY and all entities authorized by the AGENCY to receive and distribute COMMODITY. Record retention requirements of the PROGRAM must be included in the AGENCY’S agreement with all entities participating in the PROGRAM. c. If any litigation, claim or audit is initiated before the expiration of the retention period, the records shall be retained until all claims or findings involving the records have been resolved.

  • RECORD RETENTION REQUIREMENTS To the extent applicable, Supplier must comply with the record retention requirements detailed in 2 C.F.R. § 200.333. The Supplier further certifies that it will retain all records as required by 2 C.F.R. § 200.333 for a period of 3 years after grantees or subgrantees submit final expenditure reports or quarterly or annual financial reports, as applicable, and all other pending matters are closed.

Gov’t Code Chapter 2054, Subchapter M, and implementing rules of the Texas Department of Information Resources, the System Agency must procure Products and services that comply with the Accessibility Standards when those Products are available in the commercial marketplace or when those Products are developed in response to a procurement solicitation. Accordingly, Grantee must provide electronic and information resources and associated Product documentation and technical support that comply with the Accessibility Standards.

  • CONTRACT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT The HUB requirement on this Contract is 0%. The student engagement requirement of this Contract is 0 hours. The Career Education requirement for this Contract is 0 hours. Failure to achieve these requirements may result in the application of some or all of the sanctions set forth in Administrative Policy 3.10, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
