Common use of Five (5) Years of Continuous Employment Clause in Contracts

Five (5) Years of Continuous Employment. The employment contract of any Certified employee who has not completed five (5) consecutive years of employment with the District may be nonrenewed for any reason upon written notice delivered to the Certified employee on or before the third Friday in May at 5:00 p.m.
