Fixed Base Salary. In consideration of his professional services, Xx. Xxxxxxx XXXXXXX shall receive a fixed base salary in a gross annual amount of 114.850 Euros payable in 12 monthly installments. The amount of this remuneration is all-inclusive and irrespective of the time spent by Xx. Xxxxxxx XXXXXXX to carry out his duties and assignments. As an executive manager, Xx. Xxxxxxx XXXXXXX is indeed not subject to hours of work control. Expenses incurred within his professional services shall be refunded on presentation of evidence and according to the Company’s internal policy.

Fixed Base Salary. A monthly base salary of RMB 20,000 after tax payable in equal semimonthly installments on the 1st and 15th day of the month, provided that if period of employment hereunder shall terminate on any day other than the 1st or 15th day of a calendar month, then in that event said installments shall be prorated.   • Annual Base Salary During the Term, Executive shall receive a base salary at a rate of $550,000 per annum (as increased from time to time, the “Annual Base Salary”), which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company.
