Fixed Term Tenancy. The tenancy is for a fixed term beginning on , 20 and ending on , 20 . (date) (date) Unless the tenancy has been terminated in accordance with the Act, the landlord shall offer the tenant a renewal of this agreement at least three months before the date the agreement ends. If the tenant does not sign and return the renewal at least two months before the date the agreement ends, this agreement will expire on that date.
Fixed Term Tenancy. The term of the Agreement shall be from the Commencement Date and ending on the Expiry Date and can only be extended on written agreement by Us if the Property remains available for short term letting on the Expiry Date.
Fixed Term Tenancy. A fixed term tenancy ends on the date specified in the residential tenancy agreement. No notice has to be given by the landlord or tenant to end a fixed term tenancy. It is courteous for the tenant and the landlord to provide the other party with a notice prior to moving out. No time frame is required for such a courtesy notice. At the end of the fixed term the landlord and tenant may both want to continue the tenancy. At this time they can negotiate a new residential tenancy agreement that could include a change in the rent amount and the conditions of the tenancy. This agreement can be a new fixed term or change to a periodic tenancy. If the parties do not notify each other of their intention to continue or terminate the tenancy, difficulties may arise. For example, the landlord may be expecting the tenant to leave at the end of the fixed term and may have plans for the premises. If the tenant continues to live in the premises after the fixed term agreement ends and the landlord continues to accept their rent payments, but no new residential tenancy agreement is signed, the tenancy becomes a periodic tenancy. Once this occurs, the tenant is required to give the landlord proper notice to terminate the tenancy.
Fixed Term Tenancy. WTHP no longer offers fixed term tenancies, except for Rentplus homes. If you are on an existing fixed term tenancy, you will be granted an assured tenancy when the fixed term comes to an end. For Rentplus homes at the end of a fixed term tenancy, a new fixed term tenancy may be granted, usually for a further 5 year term depending on circumstances.

Fixed Term Tenancy. The term of this agreement shall be as specified in item 11 in the schedule Commencement on the date specified in item 12 in the schedule and Ending on the date specified in item 13 in the schedule and unless either party terminates this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 this agreement shall then continue as a periodic tenancy. This agreement shall commence on the date specified in item 14 in the schedule and continue until terminated in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1997.
Fixed Term Tenancy. A tenant may terminate a fixed term tenancy that is due under the tenancy agreement to terminate on a particular day by 14 days notice to the landlord in accordance with section 101 of termination on that day.

2. During the first year of occupancy, either the Landlord or Tenant shall give a minimum 30 day written notice of the intent not to renew the lease.
3. Failure by either party to give a notice of intent not to renew will allow the rental agreement to automatically convert to a month-to-month tenancy with all terms and conditions of this agreement continued. NBRE
