FLE Process. Note: FLE must start at the time stated on the session roll. If there is a delay, you must advise Aspeq Head Office on 0800 427 527 (confidential Invigilator number) • Dial 0000 000 0000 (0508 CHATTER) or (+00) 0 000 0000 (if you are in calling from overseas) to connect to the exam. • You will be asked to enter in the candidate ID (exactly as per the session roll) and then, the candidate’s unique 4-digit PIN from the session role (which is not to be revealed to the candidate). • Ignore the numbers in Part 1 and Part 2 column on the session roll. • If you enter in any of the numbers incorrectly, hang up and start again. • You will hear the following: “Your call has been validated. When you are ready to proceed with the test, press 1”. • Hand the phone over to the candidate and ask them to press ‘1’ when they are ready to begin the test. • The candidate will commence the test by stating their full name and date of birth. • The candidate will then be connected directly to the interviewer. • As soon as the interviewer ends the call by hanging up, the candidate after a brief pause will be connected to the next part of the FLE test. • The candidate will follow the prompts and respond to the questions. • When the exam is complete, end the call by putting the phone back in its cradle.

  • Consultative Process This Agreement recognises a commitment of the parties to develop working arrangements which will bring success to the operations of the Company through the ability to implement flexible work arrangements to meet the requirements of customers and the personal, study or family commitments of employees.

The complaints process shall be readily accessible from the School’s website, as described in Section 11.4.1.

  • CENTRAL GRIEVANCE PROCESS The following process pertains exclusively to grievances on central matters that have been referred to the central process. In accordance with the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act central matters may also be grieved locally, in which case local grievance processes will apply.

  • Parties to the Process a) There shall be established a Central Dispute Resolution Committee (“The Committee”), which shall be composed of equal representation of up to four (4) representatives each of the employer bargaining agency and employee bargaining agency (“the central parties”), and up to three representatives of the Crown. The Committee will be co-chaired by a representative from each bargaining agency. All correspondence to the committee will be sent to both co-chairs.

  • Acceptance Process All deliverables must be received and accepted in writing by Department’s Grant Manager before payment. The Grantee shall work diligently to correct all deficiencies in the deliverable that remain outstanding, within a reasonable time at Grantee’s expense. If Department’s Grant Manager does not accept the deliverables within 30 days of receipt, they will be deemed rejected.

  • Recall Process A. If employees are to be rehired, the Board shall determine the number of the positions to be filled and the number of employees to be recalled. If rehiring takes place within one year, then the employee shall be rehired within area of certification in inverse order of reduction.

  • Dispute Process In the event of any Dispute, the Parties agree that they shall undertake a process to promote the resolution of a Dispute in the following order:

  • Order Process When the start of production of your reservation nears, we will ask you to confirm your option selections and to provide full details of the legal purchaser of the Model X. Tesla will create an order for your Model X containing the information provided by you, and a Purchase Agreement indicating the estimated purchase price of your Model X, taking into account the base price of the model and any options included or that you select, plus estimates of any applicable taxes, duties, transport and delivery charges, and any other applicable fees. Tesla will then submit to you the order and the Purchase Agreement for your review. If you wish to proceed and purchase the Model X, you must sign and return the Purchase Agreement together with any amounts that are then required to be paid. Production of your Model X will then be commenced and your deposit payable under the Purchase Agreement will be held by Tesla as a non-refundable deposit (to the extent permitted by applicable law). At the time you enter into the Purchase Agreement, you may, at your sole option, notify us that you would like to take your Reservation Payment and apply it to your deposit. These procedures may be subject to change.
