MAXIMUM OBLIGATION The total Maximum Obligation of County to the Subrecipient for the cost of services provided in accordance with this Contract is $ 350,000, with individual Maximum Obligation budgets for each Fiscal Year as further detailed in the Budget Schedule, identified and incorporated herein by this reference as Attachment “C”.
Employer Obligation The Supplier shall comply with the requirements of the Pensions Act 2008 and the Transfer of Employment (Pension Protection) Regulations 2005.
Tax Obligations (a) Customer confirms that Bank is authorized to deduct from any cash received or credited to the Cash Account any taxes or levies required by any revenue or governmental authority for whatever reason in respect of Customer's Accounts.
Maximum Obligation Contract Enter total maximum obligation for total duration of this contract (or new total if Contract is being amended). $ . PROMPT PAYMENT DISCOUNTS (PPD): Commonwealth payments are issued through EFT 45 days from invoice receipt. Contractors requesting accelerated payments must identify a PPD as follows: Payment issued within 10 days % PPD; Payment issued within 15 days % PPD; Payment issued within 20 days % PPD; Payment issued within 30 days % PPD. If PPD percentages are left blank, identify reason: agree to standard 45 day cycle statutory/legal or Ready Payments (M.G.L. c. 29, § 23A); only initial payment (subsequent payments scheduled to support standard EFT 45 day payment cycle. See Prompt Pay Discounts Policy.)

USER OBLIGATIONS As a user of the Website or Services, You may be asked to register with Us. When You do so, You will choose a user identifier, which may be Your email address or another term, as well as a password. You may also provide personal information, including, but not limited to, Your name. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information. This identifying information will enable You to use the Website and Services. You must not share such identifying information with any third party, and if You discover that Your identifying information has been compromised, You agree to notify Us immediately in writing. Email notification will suffice. You are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of Your identifying information as well as keeping Us apprised of any changes to Your identifying information. Providing false or inaccurate information, or using the Website or Services to further fraud or unlawful activity is grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.
SAP OBLIGATIONS 3.1 Instructions from Customer. SAP will process Personal Data only in accordance with documented instructions from Customer. The Agreement (including this DPA) constitutes such documented initial instructions and each use of the Cloud Service then constitutes further instructions. SAP will use reasonable efforts to follow any other Customer instructions, as long as they are required by Data Protection Law, technically feasible and do not require changes to the Cloud Service. If any of the before-mentioned exceptions apply, or SAP otherwise cannot comply with an instruction or is of the opinion that an instruction infringes Data Protection Law, SAP will immediately notify Customer (email permitted).
Insurance Obligation During the Term of this Master Contract, Contractor shall possess and maintain in full force and effect, at Contractor’s sole expense, the following insurance coverages:
Basic Obligations (1) The Authority shall carry out international search and international preliminary examination in accordance with, and perform such other functions of an International Searching Authority and International Preliminary Examining Authority as are provided under, the Treaty, the Regulations, the Administrative Instructions and this Agreement.
