If an Employee performs the additional duties for two hours or less during one day or Shift, the Employee must be paid the higher Wage Rate only for the time so worked. Better – note that while the provision as drafted gives a right which has no equivalent in the Award, because of the operation of the various pay schedules together with section 206 of the Award the actual benefit may be mitigated or entirely eroded.
