Flexibility of Workloads. The Parties agree that workplace flexibility will be applied on an equitable basis in respect to changing birth rate enrolments. The Maternal & Child Health Nurse Manager will regularly oversee, monitor and assess the distribution of workloads. All Maternal and Child Health Nurses are employed by council to work at any of the Centres. Staffing is allocated to the Maternal and Child Health centres to meet operational requirements, staff development needs, and to balance workloads. A minimum of one working day’s notification of worksite re-allocation is required for immediate or short term needs, with a minimum of 2 weeks notification for a relocation to an alternative centre. Where the proposed relocations will affect 4 or more Nurses, consultation will be undertaken in accordance with Clause 13 of Part A. Where an Employee may be required to travel a greater distance to work as a result of a re- allocation then the conditions of Appendix 4 – Excess Travel Compensation Expenses will be applied.

  • Quality of Work Consultant agrees that all Services performed under this Agreement will conform to the specifications of the College, be free from errors, and be of professional quality according to applicable industry standards. Upon notice by the College, Consultant will promptly correct any defects without charge to the College unless the request is considered new work by both parties.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Quality of Services (a) The Consultant shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all designs, drawings, specifications, and other services furnished pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Completion of Works Buildings will be considered complete on the issue of the City’s Certificate of Occupancy. Other structures will be considered complete on the issue of the Company’s engineers notification of the completion of construction, and by the City’s certification.

  • Xxxxx of Work The Contractor shall provide information technology (IT) independent verification and validation (IV&V) services to Customers in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide the professional and technical staff necessary to perform the ((IT) IV&V services required by this Contract, and the staff shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. All of the (IT) IV&V services to be furnished by the Contractor under the Contract shall meet the professional standard and quality that prevail among IT professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work under the same or similar circumstances. The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the (IT) IV&V services.

  • Coordination of Work Licensee shall be responsible for coordination of its Equipment installation work to avoid any interference with existing utilities, substructures, facilities and/or SFMTA transit operations. Licensee shall be the City's point of contact for all Equipment installation and except in case of emergency, all communications concerning Equipment installation shall be through Licensee's field representatives.

  • SUBCONTRACTING OF WORK If a Contractor chooses to subcontract the scheduled work, the prime Contractor is solely responsible to ensure that the subcontractor has the necessary insurance, licenses, ability to provide the contracted services and shall adhere to all requirements stated herein.

  • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey. However, the Executive agrees to undertake whatever domestic and worldwide travel is required by the Company. The Executive shall not be required or permitted to relocate without the mutual, written consent of the Executive and the Company.

  • PROTECTION OF WORK 12.1 Subcontractor shall effectually secure and protect the work done hereunder and assume full responsibility for the condition thereof until final acceptance by the OWNER and Contractor. Subcontractor further agrees to provide such protection as is necessary to protect the work and the workmen of Contractor, the OWNER, and other subcontractors from its operations.
