Flexible Vacation/Sick Days Sample Clauses

Flexible Vacation/Sick Days. During the Term, Executive shall be eligible to take paid vacation on a flexible basis, meaning that rather than accruing a certain number of vacation days Executive may exercise reasonable discretion and judgment to take vacation as and when desired, so long as doing so does not negatively impact Executive’s work, or the Company’s operations. For avoidance of doubt, because flexible vacation time does not accrue it may not be “carried over” from one year into the next, and Executive will not have any accrued, unused vacation balance to be paid upon termination of employment (for any reason). In addition, Executive shall be eligible to take up to ten (10) days of paid sick leave per calendar year, consistent with applicable law, to be prorated for any partial year of employment and be subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable policy as to paid sick time off. For avoidance of doubt, paid sick days do not accrue, may not be “carried over” from one year to the next and are not payable upon termination of employment (for any reason). (c)
