Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation, paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company's standard policies for its senior executive officers.

During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to six (6) weeks paid vacation each year, and shall be entitled to paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s standard policies for its senior executives, which policies shall provide Executive with benefits no less favorable than those provided to the other senior executives of the Company. Vacation may be taken at such times and intervals as Executive shall determine, subject to the business needs of the Company.

However, during the year preceding and the year following the leave, the employee will receive full vacation, holiday and sick leave benefits in accordance with this Agreement as if employment had been continuous and not interrupted by the year of leave.

While employed by the Company, Employee shall be entitled to that number of weeks of paid vacation, to be prorated monthly for partial calendar years, and paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s standard policies for its executives, as may be amended from time to time in the discretion of the Company’s Board of Directors.

During the term of Executive's employment, Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid time off ("PTO") per year under the same terms and conditions as other employees of the Company. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to all paid Company holidays and other benefits as are generally provided to other executives of the Company in accordance with Company policies in effect from time to time.

Employee shall be entitled to fifteen (15) paid vacation days annually during the Term, to be taken at such time or times and in such number of consecutive days as Employee and Blue Rhino shall mutually agree and in accordance with the regular policy relating to vacation days for executive employees of Blue Rhino. Employee shall be entitled to such paid holidays and sick leave policy regularly recognized by Blue Rhino for executive personnel.

Such vacation may be taken, in the Executive's discretion, at such time or times as are not inconsistent with the reasonable business needs of the Company. The Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays given by the Company to its senior executive officers.
