Flight Crew Expenses; Fuel, Oil and Lubricants; and Incidental Expenses. Lessee shall obtain and pay the costs for all fuel, oil, and lubricants required for Lessee’s operations of the Aircraft. Lessee shall also obtain and pay for pilot services for Lessee’s own operations of the Aircraft, and any and all incidental operating costs and expenses arising from Lessee’s operations of the Aircraft, including, without limitation, airport fees, landing fees, ramp fees, handling fees, FBO fees, overnight hangar fees, de-icing costs, contaminant recovery costs, catering and commissary costs, in-flight entertainment and telecommunications charges, ground transportation, flight crew travel expenses (including accommodations, meals, travel expenses), local and state taxes, charts, manuals, and other publications obtained for the specific flight, and any other similar items.

  • Direct Costs Insert the major cost elements. For each element, consider the application of the paragraph entitled “Costs Requiring Prior Approval” on page 1 of these instructions.

  • Incidental Expenses Each party shall bear its own respective expenses incurred in connection with the negotiation and Closing of this transaction, including its own consultants' fees, attorneys' fees, accountants' fees, and other similar costs and expenses.

  • Operating Costs Tenant shall pay to Landlord the Tenant’s Percentage of Operating Costs (as hereinafter defined) incurred by Landlord in any calendar year. Tenant shall remit to Landlord, on the first day of each calendar month, estimated payments on account of Operating Costs, such monthly amounts to be sufficient to provide Landlord, by the end of the calendar year, a sum equal to the Operating Costs, as reasonably estimated by Landlord from time to time. The initial monthly estimated payments shall be in an amount equal to 1/12th of the Initial Estimate of Tenant’s Percentage of Operating Costs for the Calendar Year. If, at the expiration of the year in respect of which monthly installments of Operating Costs shall have been made as aforesaid, the total of such monthly remittances is greater than the actual Operating Costs for such year, Landlord shall promptly pay to Tenant, or credit against the next accruing payments to be made by Tenant pursuant to this subsection 4.2.3, the difference; if the total of such remittances is less than the Operating Costs for such year, Tenant shall pay the difference to Landlord within twenty (20) days from the date Landlord shall furnish to Tenant an itemized statement of the Operating Costs, prepared, allocated and computed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Any reimbursement for Operating Costs due and payable by Tenant with respect to periods of less than twelve (12) months shall be equitably prorated.

  • Limit on Operating Expenses The Advisor hereby agrees to limit the Fund’s current Operating Expenses to an annual rate, expressed as a percentage of the Fund’s average daily net assets for the month, to the amounts listed in Appendix A (the “Annual Limit”). In the event that the current Operating Expenses of the Fund, as accrued each month, exceed its Annual Limit, the Advisor will pay to the Fund, on a monthly basis, the excess expense within the first ten days of the month following the month in which such Operating Expenses were incurred (each payment, a “Fund Reimbursement Payment”).

  • Indemnification for Additional Expenses Incurred to Secure Recovery or as Witness (a) The Company shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, indemnify Indemnitee with respect to, and hold Indemnitee harmless from and against, any and all Expenses and, if requested by Indemnitee, shall advance on an as-incurred basis (as provided in Section 8 of this Agreement) such Expenses to Indemnitee, which are incurred by Indemnitee in connection with any action or proceeding or part thereof brought by Indemnitee for (i) indemnification or advance payment of Expenses by the Company under this Agreement, any other agreement, the Certificate of Incorporation or Bylaws of the Company as now or hereafter in effect; or (ii) recovery under any director and officer liability insurance policies maintained by the Company.

  • Transportation Costs The cost of transporting a Warranted Part claimed to be defective to the facilities designated by the Seller and for the return therefrom of a repaired or replaced Warranted Part shall be borne by the Buyer.

  • Ordinary Operating Expenses For purposes of this Agreement, Ordinary Operating Expenses means all expenses of the Funds other than extraordinary expenses, such as litigation, taxes and brokerage commissions.

  • General Expenses You authorize the Manager to charge your account with your Underwriting Percentage of all expenses of a general nature incurred by the Manager and Co-Managers under the applicable AAU in connection with the Offering, including the negotiation and preparation thereof, or in connection with the purchase, carrying, marketing and sale of any securities under the applicable AAU and any Intersyndicate Agreement, including, without limitation, legal fees and expenses, transfer taxes, costs associated with approval of the Offering by the NASD and the costs of currency transactions (including forward and hedging currency transactions) entered into to facilitate settlement of the purchase of Securities permitted under Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Project Costs The Project costs are true and accurate estimates of the costs necessary to complete the Improvements in a good and workmanlike manner according to the Plans and Specifications presented by Borrower to Lender, and Borrower shall take all steps necessary to prevent the actual cost of the Improvements from exceeding the Project costs.

  • Other Sales-Related Expenses Expenses of distributing the Portfolio's shares and the Contracts will be paid by Contracts Distributor and other parties, as they shall determine by separate agreement.
