The TER consists of a fund’s Annual Management Charge (“AMC”) and Operating Costs and Expenses (“OCE”).
The Investment Manager will reimburse the ICAV on behalf of the Sub-Fund for the relevant Class of Shares any amount (as the case may be on a pro rata basis) qualifying as an Operating Costs and Expenses which exceeds the amount calculated on the basis of the Operating Costs and Expenses charge outlined above as set from time to time by the Directors subject to a maximum Operating Costs and Expenses charge as set out for each Class of Shares herein.
