Operating Costs and Expenses definition

Operating Costs and Expenses has the meaning assigned such term by the Company in publicly filed financial statements during the Performance Period, exclusive of Depreciation and Amortization.

Operating Costs and Expenses has the meaning assigned in Item 6 of the Form 10-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by Waste Management, Inc. on February 20, 2004, exclusive of Depreciation and Amortization. And, for purposes of this Award, Operating Costs and Expenses shall be calculated in accordance with the accounting pronouncements, policies and classifications used in that Form 10-K.

Operating Costs and Expenses means “Total operating costs” as reported in publicly filed financial statements during the Performance Period, exclusive of Depreciation and Amortization.

• The TER consists of a fund’s Annual Management Charge (“AMC”) and Operating Costs and Expenses (“OCE”).

More Definitions of Operating Costs and Expenses

Operating Costs and Expenses means any and all operating costs and expenses incurred by YRRTC in fulfilling its responsibilities, duties, and obligations hereunder, in connection with the Rapid Transit Project, and excluding Capital Expenditures;

Operating Costs and Expenses means all operating costs and expenses accrued in connection with the Business for The Containers for that month, including, but not limited to, costs and expenses related to maintaining, repairing, inspecting, handling and storing The Containers, inspecting The Containers prior to taking them in management, transporting one or more of The Containers, legal fees incurred in enforcing lease obligations or defending third party claims arising out of the possession or operation of The Containers, insuring all The Containers in accordance with Clause 3.1.7.8, costs and expenses related to removing charges assessments and levies of any kind against any of The Containers, any taxes attributable to any of The Containers (other than taxes arising from the income of the Manager) and for payments made in the agreed currencies in relation therewith. Operating Costs and Expenses mean the costs and expenses occurred during project operation, including special network resource leasing expenses, postal and telecommunications public network calculation fees, depreciation, spare parts fees, power and fuel expenses, network maintenance and repair expenses, labor expenses (including salary, welfare, bonus and other compensation, etc.), business expenses, handset expenses, financial expenses, management expenses, sales expenses, business taxes and other various operating expenses.

Operating Costs and Expenses mean costs and expenses occurred during project operation, including equipment maintenance expenses (water, electricity, equipment, instrument, transportation maintenance and other maintenance expenses), management expenses, program expenses, and taxes (5% revenue tax and 3% income tax according to the tax law issued by the state authority).
