Handling Fees definition

Handling Fees means fees charged by the Company to the Customer’s Trading Account in cases of breach of the Terms and Conditions of business and are explained in detail in Section 20 “Company’s Fees, Commissions, Costs and associated Charges” of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Handling Fees

Handling Fees means the amount payable by the Supplier to IBM GF calculated by multiplying the Face Value of each Supplier Invoice (relating to Receivables that do not become Purchased Receivables) by the percentage stated in Schedule A.
