FBO Fees definition

FBO Fees means any Fuel Flowage Fees, User Fees and Commercial Enterprise Fees may be collected pursuant to Section herein.
FBO Fees means all fees due and owing to CITY from an FBO operating at the Airport, including, but not limited to, Fuel Flowage Fees, FBO Privilege Fees, Airport Ticket Counter Use Fees, Landing Fees, and those such fees related to FBO Services provided by a sublessee.

Examples of FBO Fees in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of Section , each report accompanying the payment of FBO Fees shall contain sufficient documentation to substantiate the amount of payment to the County and shall be prepared according to reasonable accounting standards and to the County’s sole satisfaction.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the County shall be permitted to terminate the Agreement for default in the payment of any FBO Fees or other payment due and payable to the County in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, or from enforcing any other provisions contained herein or implied by law.

  • In the event the FBO Operator fails to make timely payment of any FBO Fees or other payment due and payable in accordance with the terms of the Agreement within ten (10) days after such payment shall become due and payable, interest at the rate of 1-1/2% per month or a fraction thereof on the unpaid balance shall accrue against the delinquent payment from the date due until the date payment is received by the County.

  • Any declaration of default does not release Operator from any payment of funds due County hereunder, including, but not limited to, FBO Fees or amounts due as a result of the Indemnification provisions set forth in Section herein.

  • Operator shall not, for any reason, withhold or reduce Operator’s required FBO Fees or other payment provided in this FBO Agreement, it being expressly understood and agreed by the Parties that Operator’s payment of all FBO Fees and other payments due and payable herein are a covenant by Operator that is independent from the other covenants of the Parties hereunder.

  • I will provide a bottle of sunscreen labelled with my child’s name for use atthe OSC.

  • The payments for any amounts to be paid by Operator to the County set forth in this Section shall be paid to the County on or before the twentieth (20th) day following the end of each month during the term of this FBO Agreement, together with a report and sufficient documentation to support Operator’s calculation of the FBO Fees, including, but not limited to, Operator’s fuel sales records, during the preceding month.

  • Operator shall have paid all outstanding FBO Fees other fees, payments, and charges which have accrued in favor of the County.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the County shall be permitted to terminate this FBO Agreement for default in the payment of any FBO Fees or other payment due and payable to the County in accordance with the terms of this FBO Agreement, or from enforcing any other provisions contained herein or implied by law.

  • In the event Operator fails to make timely payment of any FBO Fees or other payment due and payable in accordance with the terms of this FBO Agreement within ten (10) days after such payment shall become due and payable, interest at the rate of one and one-half percent (1 1/2%) per month or a fraction thereof on the unpaid balance shall accrue against the delinquent payment from the date due until the date payment is received by the County.

Related to FBO Fees

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • Tax Fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for professional services rendered by the Company’s external auditor for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning.

  • Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority;

  • L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).

  • Annual Fees means the annual fees determined by the Council in terms of section 27;

  • Legal Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8(b) of the Subscription Agreement;

  • Agent's Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.5(c).

  • Fees means all amounts payable pursuant to, or referred to in, Section 4.1.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. [INSERT FOR HFS: “Monthly Food and Beverage Fee” means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2, which is set forth in the Addendum.]

  • Transaction Fees means fees paid or payable by the Service Recipients, which are on market terms, with respect to financial advisory services ordinarily carried out by investment banks in the context of mergers and acquisitions transactions;

  • Acquisition Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.01 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Property or other Permitted Investment or the purchase, development or construction of any Property by the Company. Included in the computation of such fees or commissions shall be any real estate commission, selection fee, Development Fee, Construction Fee, nonrecurring management fee, loan fees or points or any fee of a similar nature, however designated. Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to Persons not Affiliated with the Advisor in connection with the actual development and construction of a Property.

  • Other Fees means amounts owed by the Borrower hereunder pursuant to Sections 2.09, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 8.01 and 10.10.

  • Administration Fees The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee.

  • Fees and Charges means the fees and charges set out in Appendix 2, including such fees and charges as may be revised by the Service Provider from time to time by amendment to Appendix 2 in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Membership Fees means the fees established pursuant to the By-Laws of the Union as the fees payable by the members of the Bargaining Unit, and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium, or any other levy.

  • Advisory Fees means financial advisory fees, closing fees, transaction fees, monitoring fees, oversight fees and similar fees, expenses and indemnities payable by the Loan Parties pursuant to the Advisory Agreement, but in the case of any such fees not to exceed the amounts payable in respect thereof under the Advisory Agreement as in effect on the Closing Date.

  • Closing Fees means those fees required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to the Fee Letter.

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Agency Fees On each order accepted by us for a Fund with a sales charge, we understand that you will charge your customer an agency commission or agency transaction fee ("agency fee") as set forth in the schedule of sales concessions and agency fees set forth in that Fund's Prospectus, as it may be amended from time to time. This fee shall be subject to the provisions of all terms set forth in the Prospectus for volume purchases and special plans and accounts (e.g. retirement plans, letter of intent, etc.). You will not receive from us a dealer's concession or similar allowance out of the sales charge. The agency fee will not exceed the maximum limits on sales charges specified in Rule 2830 of the Conduct Rules of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (the "NASD") regardless of whether you are a member of the NASD or not. You will not accept or withhold any fee otherwise allowed under the terms of this Agreement, for any shares purchased under this Agreement, if prohibited by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act or trust or similar laws to which you are subject, in the case of purchases or redemptions of Fund shares involving retirement plans, trusts or similar accounts. You may elect to make payments for Fund shares in either of two ways: (a) you may send us the public offering price for the Fund shares purchased less the amount of the agency fee due you, or (b) you or your customer may send us the entire public offering price for the Fund shares and we will, on a periodic basis, remit to you the agency fee due. You will specify in writing the method of payment you elect (See NOTICES AND COMMUNICATIONS Section below). If any shares sold to your customer under the terms of this Agreement are repurchased by the Fund or by us, or are tendered to a Fund for redemption or repurchase, within seven (7) business days after the date of the confirmation of the original purchase order, you will promptly refund to us the full agency fee paid or allowed to you on such shares. This Section shall not apply to the extent that you or your customer is qualified to buy, and is buying, shares at net asset value.
