FLOATING HOLIDAY PAY FOR EMPLOYEES WHO SEPARATE. 167. Employees who are terminated from City/SFMTA employment and at such time have at least six (6) months of continuous service with the City/SFMTA in the current calendar year and who have not taken a floating holiday in said period shall be entitled to be paid for one floating holiday upon termination. Employees who are terminated from employment with the City/SFMTA and at such time have at least ten (10) months of continuous service in the current calendar year and who have not taken either of the floating holidays, shall, upon termination of employment, entitled to be paid for said floating holidays. If one floating holiday has already been taken, the employee with ten (10) continuous months of service shall be entitled to be paid for the remaining four.
