Flood Documentation. The Administrative Agent shall have received a completed “Life-of-Loan” Federal Emergency Management Agency standard flood hazard determination with respect to each Mortgaged Property (together with, to the extent applicable, a notice about special flood hazard area status and flood disaster assistance duly executed by the Borrower and each Credit Party relating thereto).
Flood Documentation. Receipt by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders of (a) a completed “life of loan” Federal Emergency Standard Flood Hazard Determination with respect to each Mortgaged Property (together with a notice about special flood hazard area status and flood disaster assistance duly executed by the Borrower and appropriate Loan Party relating thereto if required) and (b) proof of flood insurance under the insurance policies required by Section 7.07(b) of the Credit Agreement.
Flood Documentation. Collateral Agent shall have received completed life-of-loan FEMA Standard Flood Hazard Determinations, and, if the area in which any improvements located on the Mortgaged Property is designated a special flood hazard area in any Flood Insurance Rate Map published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (or any successor agent), a signed notice by the Borrower and the applicable Loan Party, and evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent of the insurance required pursuant to Section 5.4(b) of the Credit Agreement;
Flood Documentation. Subject to Section 5.15, with respect to any Real Estate Asset as to which a Lien is granted pursuant to the Interim Order, the Requisite Lenders shall have satisfied clause (g)(iii) of the definition of Collateral and Guarantee Requirement.
Flood Documentation. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) a “Life-of-Loan” Federal Emergency Management Agency Standard Flood Hazard Determination with respect to each of the Mortgaged Properties (together with a notice about special flood hazard area status and flood disaster assistance duly executed by each Borrower and each Loan Party relating thereto in the event any such Mortgaged Properties are located within a “special flood hazard area”) and (ii) if any portion of any Mortgaged Property is located in a “special flood hazard area”, evidence of flood insurance with a financially sound and reputable insurer in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Flood Documentation. The Agent shall have received, with respect to each Mortgaged Property, (x) a completed “Life-of-Loan” Federal Emergency Management Agency Standard Flood Hazard Determination and (y) if any improvement is located on any portion of any Mortgaged Property in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (or any successor agency) as a Special Flood Hazard Area with respect to which flood insurance has been made available under the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 (as now or hereafter in effect or successor act thereto), a notice about special flood hazard area status and flood disaster assistance duly executed by the U.S. Borrower relating thereto and the evidence of flood insurance required by Section 5.10 of the Amended Credit Agreement and the Flood Insurance Laws.
