FOG Control Program. By December 31, 2011, the Discharger shall identify and initiate measures to improve the effectiveness of its Fats, Oil and Grease (FOG) Blockage Control Program. The improvements shall be sufficient to reduce and eliminate FOG-related SSOs within the timeframes provided in SSO Performance Standards, Table A, below. The FOG Control Program may use a combination of sewer cleaning, source control, and/or public education/outreach.

  • Quality Control Program Engineer shall have a quality control program in place that ensures that all deliverable work is of high quality. Engineer shall submit a plan detailing its program to the Inspection Branch of the TxDOT Bridge Division for review and approval prior to beginning work. State may review or audit the programs.

  • Quality Control Procedures The Seller shall have an internal quality control program that verifies, on a regular basis, the existence and accuracy of the legal documents, credit documents, property appraisals, and underwriting decisions. The program shall include evaluating and monitoring the overall quality of the Seller's loan production and the servicing activities of the Seller. The program is to ensure that the Mortgage Loans are originated and serviced in accordance with Accepted Servicing Standards and the Underwriting Guidelines; guard against dishonest, fraudulent, or negligent acts; and guard against errors and omissions by officers, employees, or other authorized persons.

  • Change Control Procedures (a) No changes or additions may be made to any Work Order without the written agreement of LAUSD as evidenced by a duly executed Change Order. (b) Contractor will not take an action or make a decision which may have a material effect on LAUSD or which adversely affects the function or performance of, or decreases the resource efficiency of, the Services, including implementing changes in technology or equipment and software configuration, without first obtaining LAUSD’s written approval, which approval LAUSD may withhold in its sole discretion as respects any change which may have an adverse effect on LAUSD or the Services.

  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopted for the employees of the Employer; 5.2 The Employee accepts that the purpose of the performance management system will be to provide a comprehensive system with specific performance standards to assist the employees and service providers to perform to the standards required; 5.3 The Employer must consult the Employee about the specific performance standards and targets that will be included in the performance management system applicable to the Employee; 5.4 The Employee undertakes to actively focus on the promotion and implementation of the key performance indicators (including special projects relevant to the employee’s responsibilities) within the local government framework; 5.5 The criteria upon which the performance of the Employee shall be assessed shall consist of two components, Operational Performance and Competencies both of which shall be contained in the Performance Agreement; 5.6 The Employee’s assessment will be based on his performance in terms of the outputs/outcomes (performance indicators) identified as per attached Performance Plan, which are linked to the KPAs, and will constitute 80% of the overall assessment result as per the weightings agreed to between the Employer and Employee; 5.7 The Competencies will make up the other 20% of the Employee’s assessment score. The Competencies are spilt into two groups, leading competencies (indicated in blue on the graph below) that drive strategic intent and direction and core competencies (indicated in green on the graph below), which drive the execution of the leading competencies. He/she shall have appointing and removal authority over all personnel working for the Substance Abuse Program personnel, and shall be responsible for the supervision of the SAP.
