Food and Shelter. The Requesting Member shall supply reasonable food and shelter for Assisting Member personnel. If the Requesting Member fails to provide food and shelter for assisting personnel, the Assisting Member’s designated supervisor is authorized to secure the resources necessary to meet the needs of its personnel. The cost for such resources must not exceed the Assisting Member’s per diem rates. The Requesting Member remains responsible for reimbursing the Assisting Member for all costs associated with providing food and shelter, if such resources are not provided.
Food and Shelter. When possible, the Requesting Member shall supply reasonable food and shelter for Responding Member personnel. If the Requesting Member is unable to provide food and shelter for Responding personnel, the Responding Member’s designated supervisor is au- thorized to secure the resources necessary to meet the needs of its personnel. Except as pro- vided below, the cost for such resources must not exceed the State per diem rates for that area. To the extent Food and Shelter costs exceed the State per diem rates for the area; the Re- sponding Member must demonstrate that the additional costs were reasonable and necessary under the circumstances. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the Requesting Member re- mains responsible for reimbursing the Responding Member for all reasonable and necessary costs associated with providing food and shelter, if such resources are not provided.
Food and Shelter. The Requesting Member will supply reasonable food and shelter for Responding Member personnel. If the Requesting Member fails to provide food and shelter to Responding personnel, the Responding Member’s designated supervisor is authorized to purchase the resources necessary to meet the needs of its personnel. The cost for such resources must not exceed the per diem rates established by the State of Arizona. The Requesting Member remains responsible for reimbursing Responding Member for all costs associated with providing food and shelter, if such resources are not provided by the Requesting Member.

If the Requesting Member is unable to 39 provide food and shelter for Responding Member personnel, the Responding Member’s 40 designated supervisor is authorized to secure the resources necessary to meet the needs of 41 its personnel. Except as provided below, the cost for such resources must not exceed the 42 State per diem rates for that area. To the extent Food and Shelter costs exceed the State 43 per diem rates for the area, the Responding Member must demonstrate that the additional 44 costs were reasonable and necessary under the circumstances. Unless otherwise agreed 45 to in writing, the Requesting Member remains responsible for reimbursing the Responding 46 Member for all reasonable and necessary costs associated with providing food and shelter, 47 if such resources are not provided. 48
Food and Shelter. Notwithstanding the above provisions, the Trustee may make distributions to meet XXXX XXX’x need for food, shelter or health care even if such distributions may result in an impairment or diminution of XXXX XXX’x receipt or eligibility for government benefits or assistance but only if the Trustee determines that: XXXX XXX’x needs will be better met if such distribution is made, and (ii) it is in XXXX XXX’x best interests to suffer the consequent effect, if any, on his eligibility for or receipt of government benefits or assistance
Food and Shelter. The Receiving Party shall supply reasonable food and shelter for Responding Party personnel for Assistance that is provided for more than 72 hours. If the Receiving Party is unable to provide food and shelter for a Responding Party’s personnel, the Responding Party’s Authorized Official or designee is authorized to secure food and shelter for its personnel and shall be entitled to reimbursement for such expenses from the Receiving Party. Reimbursement for food and shelter shall reflect the actual costs incurred by the Responding Party. If receipts are not available, the Responding Party cannot request reimbursement in excess of the State per diem rates for that area.

If the Requesting Member fails to provide food and shelter for Re- sponding personnel, the Responding Member’s designated supervisor is authorized to secure the resources necessary to meet the needs of its personnel. The cost for such resources must not exceed the State per diem rates for that area. The Requesting Member remains responsible for reimbursing the Responding Member for all costs associated with providing food and shelter, if such resources are not provided.
Food and Shelter. Notwithstanding the above provisions, the Trustee may make distributions to meet the Beneficiary’s need for food, shelter, personal needs and health care, even if those distributions will impair or diminish the Beneficiary’s receipt or eligibility for government benefits or assistance, only if the Trustee determines that the distributions will better meet the Beneficiary’s needs, and it is in the Beneficiary’s best interest, notwithstanding the consequent effect on the Beneficiary’s eligibility for, or receipt of, benefits.
Food and Shelter. Responding Member's personnel must be self sufficient for up to 72 hours. When practical, the Requesting Member shall assist in supplying reasonable food and shelter for Responding Member personnel. If the Requesting Member is unable to provide food and shelter for Responding Member's personnel, the Responding Member’s designated supervisor is authorized to secure the resources necessary to meet the needs of its personnel. Except as provided in the following sentence, the cost for such resources must not exceed the State per diem rates for that area. To the extent food and shelter costs exceed the State per diem rates for the area, the Responding Member must demonstrate that the additional costs were reasonable and necessary under the circumstances. Reasonable and necessary costs associated with providing food and shelter, if such resources are not provided, shall be reimbursed in accordance with Article VII.
Food and Shelter. The Recipient shall supply reasonable food and shelter for Provider personnel. If the Recipient is unable to or fails to provide food and shelter for Responding personnel, the Provider’s designated supervisor is authorized to secure the resources necessary to meet the needs of its personnel. The cost for such resources should not exceed the State per diem rates for that area without further justification of good faith efforts to secure accommodations within the per diem. The Recipient remains responsible for reimbursing the Provider for all costs associated with providing food and shelter, if such resources are not provided.
