For CTWS. CTWS agrees to offer to provide, as appropriate—at its cost (including reasonable indirect costs)—its assistance and expertise in implementation of this MOU, including but not limited to: 1. planning assistance, including gathering and compilation of resource and geotechnical data, contributing tribal expertise in resource and forestry management, coordinating stakeholder participation in the context of CROP collaboration efforts; 2. monitoring assistance, including gathering and compilation of resource and geotechnical data and coordinating stakeholder participation in the context of CROP collaboration efforts; 3. project implementation, including contributing tribal expertise in tribal treaty, trust and reserved resources and tribal expertise in sustainable and restoration forestry practices; 4. administration assistance, including development of annual reports, NEPA compliance and contract and agreement implementation. Depending on the execution of this MOU, the availability of acceptable financing, sufficient quantity of other biomass fuel sources and an adequate power sales market, CTWS further commits to expanding its existing biomass generation capacity at the Warm Springs mill site up to a net generation capacity of 15.5 megawatts.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).

  • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing 5.2.1 The Parties shall jointly establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks between CLEC and CBT by which they will jointly provide Tandem-transported Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic from and to CLEC's Customers. 5.2.2 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access and non-translated Toll Free traffic (e.g., 800/888) to allow CLEC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier that is connected to the CBT access Tandem. 5.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be one-way or two-way trunks, as mutually agreed, connecting an End Office Switch that CLEC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access Service in the given LATA to an access Tandem Switch CBT utilizes to provide Exchange Access in the LATA.

  • Fire Extinguishers Provide UL-listed extinguishers, cabinets and accessories from a single manufacturer such as X.X. Industries or Xxxxxx’x Manufacturing Company that comply with local fire marshal approval. 12.1 Systems Furnishings: Systems furnishings will be supplied and installed by the State. It will be the Lessor’s responsibility to complete the electrical connections from the building electrical grid to the power connections or power poles for the system furnishings (see Division 16, Electrical).

  • Technology Upgrades Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon shall have the right to deploy, upgrade, migrate and maintain its network at its discretion. The Parties acknowledge that Verizon, at its election, may deploy fiber throughout its network and that such fiber deployment may inhibit or facilitate PNG’s ability to provide service using certain technologies. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit Verizon's ability to modify its network through the incorporation of new equipment or software or otherwise. PNG shall be solely responsible for the cost and activities associated with accommodating such changes in its own network.

  • Baggage and Cargo THE CARRIER shall be liable for loss, destruction or damage to cargo or checked baggage if the act causing the damages occurred while the cargo or baggage was under the custody of THE CARRIER or its employees, either on board of an aircraft or at any other place.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.
