ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANCE. The Board and the Administration will provide cooperation and assistance, including providing any information in their possession, which will aid a teacher in preparing a defense to any threatened charge of assault and battery. In any case in which a teacher is involved in legal action as a defendant as a result of following Board or Administrative policy in the course of his/her employment, such action shall be immediately reported to the administration. Should the teacher request assistance in the preparation of his/her defense and/or prosecution; the Board will provide such assistance.
ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANCE. In case of loss or theft of essential documents or personal identification documents (e.g. passport, entry visa, etc), MSIG Assist will provide the Insured with the necessary information regarding the formalities to be fulfilled with the appropriate local authorities or entities, in order to obtain the replacement of such lost or stolen documents. Any third party costs shall be borne by the Insured.
ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANCE of the loss of travel document IPA may provide the Member with the necessary information regarding the formalities requested by local authority in order to obtain the replacement of such lost or stolen documents.
ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANCE. CSS will draft a complete Contents Inventory Management Policy outlining processes and procedures that reflect best practices in contents management. CSS will present the policy to the City Logistics Department and assist in any edits to the policy. · Insurance: CSS will guarantee its inventory data and monetary values by designating the City as an assignee on their Errors and Omissions Insurance policy with a cap of $3,000,000.00 per calendar year. Insurance proceeds will be rendered if the scope of work performed by CSS is found to be inaccurate, liable or trigger a loss due to error of omission.
