For Retail Licenses and Team Licenses. Syncfusion reserves the sole right to make a determination as to how many End-Users a Customer has, and to require Customer to obtain additional copies of the Licensed Product if in Syncfusion’s sole opinion Customer was previously under-licensed. In addition, for Retail Licenses, the cost of a Maintenance and Support services subscription is dependent upon the number of End-Users that exist at the time such Maintenance and Support services subscription is renewed.
For Retail Licenses and Team Licenses. Syncfusion reserves the sole right to make a determination as to how many End-Users a Customer has, and to require Customer to obtain additional licenses if, in Syncfusion’s sole opinion, Customer was previously under-licensed. For Team Licenses, the license fees are based on the total number of developers with Programmatic Access; these licenses are usually sold in groups of 5 or 10. In accordance with this Agreement, Customer will assign licenses to all individuals with Programmatic Access in the customer portal. These licenses cannot be used as floating license or used in a manner that would circumvent a greater amount of licenses being purchased. As an example, if Customer has more active End Users than allotted licenses and/or does not disclose such End Users by adding them to the customer portal, there would not be adequate licensing in place. In the event Syncfusion determines there is not adequate licensing in place for each developer with Programmatic Access, Customer will be required to pay for additional licensing which will be determined to begin on the first day of the initial subscription term. In addition, for Retail Licenses, the cost of a Maintenance and Support services subscription is dependent upon the number of End-Users that exist at the time such Maintenance and Support services subscription is renewed.
