Formal Grievance - Level I. If a mutually satisfactory solution of a grievance as specified in the paragraph above is not reached, then within ten (10) working days of the immediate supervisor's decision, the grievant shall submit a grievance statement in writing. The written grievance shall set forth all of the issues involved; shall be dated and signed by the grievant; and shall be submitted to the Department Head.
