Common use of Formal Level 2 Clause in Contracts

Formal Level 2. If the Union is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level 1 or if no disposition has been made within five (5) working days of receipt of the disposition, the grievance shall be transmitted to the Superintendent. Within seven (7) working days after the grievance has been so submitted, the Superintendent shall meet with the Union on the grievance. The Superintendent shall, within five (5) working days after the conclusion of the meeting, render a written decision thereon with copies to the Union and the grievant(s).

Formal Level 2. If the Union grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level 1 Xxxxx 0, or if no disposition has been made within five (5) working work days of receipt of the dispositiongrievance at Level 1, the grievance shall be transmitted transmitted, within five (5) work days thereafter, to the Superintendent. Within seven (7) working days after the grievance has been so submitted, the Superintendent shall meet with the Union on the grievancesuperintendent. A copy of this decision thereon with copies will be forwarded to the Union and grievant and, if participating, to the grievant(s)Union.

The Superintendent shallSuperintendent, within five seven (57) working days after the conclusion of the meeting, shall render a written decision thereon with copies to the Union and the grievant(s).
