Formal Level (Level II). In the event the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at the informal conference, the decision may be appealed, in writing, to the immediate supervisor, or designee within five (5) days of receiving a decision at Level I. The immediate supervisor, or designee, shall respond, in writing, within five (5) days of receipt of the appeal. The grievant’s writing shall be on the Grievance Form or may be in letter form.
