Forum; Jurisdiction. (i) Subject to Paragraph 15(f)(ii) below:
Forum; Jurisdiction. The parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in the judicial district of Montréal, Province of Québec for any dispute, disagreement, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Forum; Jurisdiction. The parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in the judicial district of Vancouver, Province of British Columbia for any dispute, disagreement, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Forum; Jurisdiction. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in the judicial district of Montreal, Province of Quebec for any dispute, disagreement, controversy or Claim arising out of or in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Forum; Jurisdiction. The Parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of any federal or state court sitting in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit the right of the Village or the MCIC to bring any action or proceedings in the courts of any other jurisdiction. Any actions or proceedings by the Company against the Village or the MCIC involving, directly or indirectly, any matter in any way arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought only in a court in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
Forum; Jurisdiction. The parties agree that all claims, disputes, and controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be litigated in and before a court in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and hereby consent and submit to jurisdiction therein.
Forum; Jurisdiction. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement with respect to determination of the Price Adjustments, in the event any party to this Agreement commences any litigation, proceeding or other legal action in connection with or relating to this Agreement, any of Seller's Documents or any of Purchaser's Document's, or any matters described or contemplated herein or therein, with respect to any matters described or contemplated herein or therein, the parties hereto hereby agree: (a) under all circumstances absolutely and irrevocably to institute any litigation, proceeding or other legal action in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the Borough of Manhattan, City and State of New York, whether a state or federal court; (b) that in the event of any such litigation, proceeding or action, such parties will consent and submit to personal jurisdiction in any such court and to service of process as permitted by applicable law or by mail to the addresses provided in accordance with Section 15.3 hereof (which service shall be binding and effective for all purposes); (c) to waive to the fullest extent permitted by law any objection that they may now or hereafter have to such venue or to the convenience of any such forum; and (d) EACH PARTY HERETO WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY SUCH LITIGATION, PROCEEDING OR ACTION.
Forum; Jurisdiction. The parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in the judicial district of Toronto, Province of Ontario for any dispute, disagreement, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Forum; Jurisdiction. Forum; Jurisdiction. The courts of Province of Ontario shall be the exclusive forum for any action under this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties.
