Frame RelayThe Customer will be charged the following range of fixed monthly recurring port charges for domestic Frame Relay Service based on port speed $265 to $6,000. The Customer will be charged the following range of fixed monthly recurring Simplex PVC charges for domestic Frame Relay Service based on PVC speed $12 to $8,439. The Customer will be charged the following fixed monthly recurring charge based on usage charges for domestic Frame Relay Service per Megabyte of usage: $0.085 for Non-discard Eligible and $0.069 for Discard Eligible subject to a minimum amount per month between $5 and $20 per PVC and maximum cap for charges between $28.97 and 66,745.88 per PVC. The Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring charge of $0.069 per PVC for a Zero CIR PVC Option. Private Line – Global Data Link and Global Data Link Ethernet Service. The Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring rate of $9,405 per an installed DS3 at 1 location mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. Customer will pay $0.0 per circuit for installation of new GDL and GDLE circuits for speeds of 64 kbps and 2.048 Mbps. U.S. Private Line Service: The Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring rate between $120 and $15,000 with mileage charges between $0.140 and $50 for US Private Line Services at speeds for 4.8K to OC48. The Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring rate of $7,060 for an installed DS3 and $63,327 for an installed OC48 at 2 locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company provided circuits stay in service for 3 years. The Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring rate of $4,000 for 2 installed OC12 circuits at 2 locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company provided circuits stay in service through January 31, 2008. Customer will pay a discounted rate of $175 for each Digital Reconfiguration Service port utilizing a T1 circuit connection. The Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring rate between $1,000 and $8,000 with additional mileage charges between $3 and 30 for U.S. Private Line Ethernet Flow Service and Ethernet US Private Line Services at speeds for 1 Mbps to 1 Gbps.

  • NON-NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has not entered into a contract with us or any other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plan. For pediatric dental care services, non-network provider is a dentist that has not entered into a contract with us or does not participate in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a non-network provider is a provider that has not entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Network Access During its performance of this Contract, Contractor may be granted access to Purchaser’s computer and telecommunication networks (“Networks”). As a condition of Network use, Contractor shall: (a) use the Networks in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (b) use software, protocols, and procedures as directed by Purchaser to access and use the Networks; (c) only access Network locations made available to Contractor by Purchaser; (d) not interfere with or disrupt other users of the Networks;

  • Unbundled Network Terminating Wire (UNTW) 2.8.3.1 UNTW is unshielded twisted copper wiring that is used to extend circuits from an intra-building network cable terminal or from a building entrance terminal to an individual End User’s point of demarcation. It is the final portion of the Loop that in multi-subscriber configurations represents the point at which the network branches out to serve individual subscribers. 2.8.3.2 This element will be provided in MDUs and/or Multi-Tenants Units (MTUs) where either Party owns wiring all the way to the End User’s premises. Neither Party will provide this element in locations where the property owner provides its own wiring to the End User’s premises, where a third party owns the wiring to the End User’s premises.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.

  • Notice of Network Changes If a Party makes a change in the information necessary for the transmission and routing of services using that Party’s facilities or network, or any other change in its facilities or network that will materially affect the interoperability of its facilities or network with the other Party’s facilities or network, the Party making the change shall publish notice of the change at least ninety (90) days in advance of such change, and shall use reasonable efforts, as commercially practicable, to publish such notice at least one hundred eighty (180) days in advance of the change; provided, however, that if an earlier publication of notice of a change is required by Applicable Law (including, but not limited to, 47 CFR 51.325 through 51. 335) notice shall be given at the time required by Applicable Law.

  • Network Interconnection Methods 3.1 The Interconnection provided herein may not be used solely for the purpose of originating a Party’s own interexchange traffic.

  • Interfaces GTE provides the CLECs with choices for access to OSS pre-ordering, ordering, maintenance and repair systems. Availability of the interfaces is fundamental to the CLEC being able to effectively do business with GTE. Additionally, in many instances, CLEC personnel must work with the service personnel of GTE. Measurements in this category assess the availability to the CLECs of systems and personnel at GTE work centers.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to Reconex for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers. 3.2 Except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, subject to Section 3.1, Verizon shall have the right to add, modify, grandfather, discontinue or withdraw, Verizon Telecommunications Services at any time, without the consent of Reconex. 3.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, the Verizon Telecommunications Services to be provided to Reconex for resale pursuant to this Attachment will include a Verizon Telecommunications Service customer-specific contract service arrangement (“CSA”) (such as a customer specific pricing arrangement or individual case based pricing arrangement) that Verizon is providing to a Verizon Customer at the time the CSA is requested by Reconex.
