The Customer will be charged a non-recurring $900 per-circuit charge for Expedited Fees.

Global Data Link. The Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring $13,500 IOC charge for DS-3 Global Data Link Service usage terminating in Frankfurt, Germany. Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring $1,864 IOC charge for DS-1 Global Data Link Service usage terminating in the Bracknell, UK. Discounts: Unless otherwise specified, discounts apply to non-MBS1 rates as set forth in the Guide or this option.
