Framework Details. This is a Framework Agreement for the provision of specialist support services to either Monitor or the TDA. Parties to this Framework will be required to prepare for, develop plans for, support and perform the potential special administration of Foundation Trusts, NHS Trusts or other healthcare providers. As such, Suppliers will be required (either solely or in consortia) to provide licensed insolvency practitioners or other persons experienced in running large organisations, as well as staff experienced in areas such as restructuring and clinical line or healthcare reconfiguration. Other specialists, such as economic and strategy formulation practitioners and communications specialists may also be required. Parties to this framework agreement may also be required to run healthcare providers – of all sizes – on a ‘business as usual’ basis, ensuring services are delivered to the required patient safety, clinical and care standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and quality performance frameworks and relevant legal and commercial obligations. The parameters of the services required are as outlined in the sections of this Schedule. LOTS This Framework Agreement comprises of two lots, aligned to the specific requirements of the three potential phases of Monitor’s and TDA’s regimes and the particular specialist support skills required of each phase: • Lot 1 (Strategic Recommendations) – covering the pre-administration and report phases • Lot 2 (Implementation of Strategic Recommendations) - covering the implementation phase

The Provider (and any other data controller) is responsible for determining any further need to process the data, including its retention, prior to secure destruction.
