Common use of Framework Review Meetings Clause in Contracts

Framework Review Meetings. The Parties will hold regular performance reviews at Quarterly intervals throughout the Term and for such period thereafter as the Authority (acting reasonably) considers necessary (“Framework Review Meetings”). Framework Review Meetings will be held at either the Authority’s or the Supplier’s premises as determined by the Authority. The exact timings of such Framework Review Meetings will be determined by the Authority from time to time. Flexibility from both Parties will be expected over the frequency, timings and content of these reviews. Each Framework Review Meeting will consider and review as a minimum: framework spend and savings performance, Reporting Documents, sector spend performance; compliance against KPIs and all appropriate corrective action plans put in place by the Supplier to address any failure to comply with one or more KPIs; incident and problem management including the resolution of long-term and/or repeated Customer issues, root-cause analysis and correction; any developments in relation to the Services, including: new service roadmaps; web portal development; and support to the Authority and Customers relating to cashable benefits; forward planning, opportunities and future efficiencies including standardisation and rationalization; transition and on-boarding of key new Customers (milestones and progress against targets) including contract compliance and Supplier sector strategies (key Customers who are of a strategic importance to the success of this Framework Agreement); and the results of the Customer satisfaction surveys, in relation to the quality and delivery of the Services, carried out by either Party (including Customer Surveys). Weekly Operational Meetings, Monthly Operational Review Meetings and Framework Review Meetings may be held combined, and thus on the same date, time and place, at the discretion of the Authority.
